You will assess administrative, technical, and economic documentation and navigate regulatory requirements affecting tenders. You drive planning, documentation, and issue resolution to optimize tender outcomes. This position sits at the intersection of procurement, legal and commercial teams, focusing on quality, cost, and performance. Responsabilità

Analyze and evaluate tender documentation (administrative, technical, economic)



for public and private tenders and supplier portalsAssess regulatory regulations affecting tender managementPrepare documentation for tender participation in coordination with involved departmentsManage final tender documents and resolve tender-related issuesPlan, manage and execute tenders in line with guidelines and processesEnsure tender targets (timing, quality, cost, performance) are metMonitor tender efficiency and update tender documentation in the databaseCoordinate all elements required to drive and complete the tender on timePlan and distribute communications in a timely and appropriate manner

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in legal or economic disciplinePrevious tender management experienceExperience in management of supplier procurement portalsKnowledge of public procurement Italian regulationExperience in Construction, Caterers, Professional Kitchen sector preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and database for data analysis and presentationFluent Italian mandatory, good level of EnglishCustomer focusPro-active approachAbility to handle many contactsMicrosoft ExcelPowerPointDatabase for data analysis and presentation
