- Estimates and quotations
- Client and relationship management
- Module development and architecture
- Testing and release
What we are looking for
- Degree or background in STEM subjects
- Curiosity and eagerness to try new digital tools
- Process analysis and translation into digital flows
Nice to have
- Even basic experience with ERPs (Odoo and similar)
- Basics of relational logic/SQL

What we offer
- A place in the team with a permanent contract , with a level set according to your experience ( gross annual salary €24,000-26,000)
- Hybrid work , with full flexibility based on the agreed goals and team dynamics
- Phluid , our office in Rome: more than an office, a place designed for people to meet, share ideas and inspire each other, as well as to work
- A diverse, fast-growing team of people who have made innovation their mission
- A culture of failure and continuous improvement : we make mistakes together and work out together what went wrong, to do better next time
- A path of growth, training and development in a dynamic and stimulating profession
- Autonomy : nobody will tell you how to organise your work, as long as you contribute to the goal we have agreed with you
- Unlimited holidays and leave
