- Overseethedeliveryofinternalandexternalservice,quality,andcommercialperformancesasper Central ReservationsKPIobjectives.
- Workcloselywiththeteamtomaximizerevenueopportunitiesandreduceoperationalinefficiencies.
- Attendmeetingsrelatedtoreservationsandsharerelevantinsightsonperformanceandtrends.
- Monitorautomatedreservationservicestoensureoptimalcapacityandresolveanyservicedegradation.
- Monitorandfollowuponguestcomplaints,ensuringrelevantsolutionsareprovidedbycoordinatingwithotherdepartments.
- Ensuretrainingofnewcolleaguesinthedepartmentandhotelsisplannedandscheduledinadvance.
- Overseeallaspectsofpeoplemanagement,includingdevelopment,targetsetting,reviews,andperformance.
- Actasapointofcontactforreservationswithexternalpartners,managingandmaintainingrelationships.
- Actintheabsenceofthe Directorof Reservationsandperformotherdutiesasrequiredbymanagement.
- Actasapointofcontactforreservationswithexternalpartners,managingandmaintainingrelationships.
