Field Sales ManagerReggio Emilia, ItalyTeam description

Sum Up's field sales team in Reggio Emilia is on the ground every day, helping local shops, cafés and tradespeople find payment solutions that actually fit how they work. As Field Sales Manager, you'll build this team from the ground up and shape how Sum Up grows in one of its key Italian territories, leading from the field rather than from behind a desk. It's a role built for someone who wants real autonomy over how a territory and a team take shape, and who measures success by the results both achieve together.

What you'll do

- Lead, coach and develop a team of field sales representatives across the territory
- Work alongside the team in the field, joining client meetings and supporting negotiations
- Track sales performance and drive the team towards revenue targets
- Spot new business opportunities and adapt the sales strategy to the local market
- Build and grow the team by partnering with Recruiting and Sales Coaching

You'll be great for this role if…

- Experience managing and developing a commercial team, with a hands-on leadership style
- Strong knowledge of field sales and what it takes to win new customers on the ground
- Ability to lead by example, working side by side with the team rather than from a distance
- Comfort using sales data and results to guide decisions
- Fluency in English, along with ease working autonomously in a fast-moving environment

Why you should join Sum Up

[Note: Milan's standard benefits list has been used, since Reggio Emilia isn't a listed office. These were written for an office-based Milan role,

so the "office-first setup" wording may not reflect a field-based Reggio Emilia role — please confirm with Benefits/Total Rewards before publishing. The VSOP perk has been removed, as per playbook rules for roles below Progressing step.]

- Opportunity to work with a truly global, multicultural team from our inspiring Milan location. This involves an office-first setup
- Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: be part of a workplace that values and promotes diversity, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone's perspectives are respected and embraced
- A dedicated annual L&D; budget of €2000 for your individual development, which can be used to attend conferences and/or advance your career through further education

- Financial security: corporate pension contributions that support your long-term future
