Salt seeks a hands-on Design Manager to optimize how customers move from seeing an ad to completing a purchase or enquiry. You will shape acquisition journeys, create banners, video and ad copy, and collaborate with international clients.

You will work in Figma, review journeys, develop and test creative, and present recommendations to clients, reporting to the CEO and overlapping Dubai hours for calls.
