We’re building a small private investment vehicle deploying proprietary capital in

crypto perpetuals , with a strong focus on

Hyperliquid and DEX-native trading .

We are looking for one emerging trader/PM with real-money evidence of edge in systematic or discretionary long/short strategies.

What matters

6–12+ months live trading experience

Real capital, not paper trading

Strong understanding of perps, funding, leverage, liquidation mechanics and execution

Experience trading

Hyperliquid or similar venues

Ability to research, backtest and deploy strategies independently

Clear risk management and controlled drawdowns

Ability to explain where the edge comes from





Relevant strategies may include

directional long/short cross-sectional momentum mean reversion funding-rate strategies basis / relative value order‑flow / microstructure signals liquidity provision / market making event-driven crypto strategies

Live P&L;, robustness, sample size, execution quality and risk management.

We do not care much about pedigree, degrees or previous employers.

Private capital only.

Compensation can include base + meaningful profit share , with capital increased as the strategy proves itself.
