cleanliness and organisation of service areas.Support and train members of the restaurant team.Help create a positive and collaborative working environment.A confident, dynamic and organised person with experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role.A guest-focused attitude, strong communication and organisational skills, problem-solving abilities and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and during busy periods are essential.
