THE ROLE As a **Chef de Rang** , you are much more than a waiter. From breakfast service to evening dinners, from recommending the perfect dish to anticipating guest needs before they arise, you'll help transform every meal into a unique and memorable occasion. WHAT YOU'LL DO + Deliver an exceptional and personalized service experience. + Create genuine connections with guests and build memorable moments. + Take food and beverage orders while confidently recommending menu items. + Prepare and set dining areas according to W standards. + Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure flawless service. + Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout your work area. + Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests with professionalism and creativity. + Uphold Marriott International and W Hotels standards in every interaction. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR + Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and people. + A positive attitude and strong communication skills. + Team spirit and flexibility. + Ability to work in a dynamic and high-energy luxury environment. + Previous experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, or hospitality is appreciated but not essential.
