Michael Page - Develop and manage relationships with major Grocery Retail (GDO) and Drugstore customers across Italy. - Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share through effective account management and commercial execution. - Negotiate annual agreements, product listings, promotional plans, and trade terms with key customers. - Define and implement sell-in and sell-out strategies aligned with company objectives. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful execution of business plans. - Analyze market data, sales performance, and category trends using NielsenIQ, Circana, and customer sales data. - Support forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning processes to ensure accurate business projections. - Identify growth opportunities through category management insights and customer-focused commercial proposals. - Monitor competitor activity, promotional trends, and market dynamics to maximize business performance. A successful Key Account Manager GDO should have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 3-6 years of sales experience within the FMCG sector, ideally in Personal Care, Beauty, Healthcare, or Consumer Goods. - Strong knowledge of the Italian GDO and Drugstore channels. - Proven experience managing national retail accounts and conducting commercial negotiations. - Strong analytical skills and experience working with sell-out data and market insights. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Fluent English, both written and spoken.
