We're looking for a Country Manager working in Rome office.Scorra verso il basso per trovare i dettagli completi dell'offerta, inclusa l'esperienza richiesta e le mansioni associate.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging our day-to-day operations to achieve quality goals and accuracy for products.Support Hiring/Training/Scheduling/Coaching/Managing Trip Leaders/TEL’s performance management to meet company’s guidelines to achieve excellence goalsCreate a strong, high performing trip leaders’ team that exemplify the company’s culture and values and team spiritAbility to drive performance in a fast-paced environment and work under pressureEffectively participating with travelers on sites to support trip leaders/TELs and obtain live feedback from passengersCreate strong relationship with primary and secondary vendors and support with buying goalsDesign new tours and identify, evaluate, and implement authenticexperiences that immerse our travelers in Italianculture.24/7 Emergency support and driving resolutions of operations/customer issues.QualificationsProven and effective travel industry and staff management experience in the tourism industry and working with American customers. (Minimum 5 years)Minimum bachelor’s degree educational backgroundExcellent interpersonal / communication and problem-solving skillsProven vendor relations and negotiation skill is a plusFluency in written & spoken EnglishProficient in Microsoft Word / ExcelAbility to implement US Global Corporate Company of performance driven strategy on product quality,



operation initiatives and cost managementStrong leadership skills and experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.Proven success in making difficult decisions and taking calculated risks.Ability to implement a global business strategy.Experience leading projects and operational initiatives and managing costs.Strong attitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving and addressing deviations.In-depth knowledge of Italy, its culture, and its geography.Team spirit, flexibility, versatility, and enthusiasm.Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional maturity.Total RewardsThe salary for this position is 50,000 EUR annually.
