Overview In this role you support People Partners and leaders to deliver core HR processes, shaping a positive employee experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the go-to for people topics, help onboard and develop staff, and assist with workforce planning and policy implementation. You'll collaborate across HR and Talent Acquisition to align hires with team needs and drive engagement.

This is a hands-on, growth-focused position at Glovo, with opportunities to influence culture and operations.

and development conversations Assist in identifying and addressing employee relations topics and escalate when needed Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and alignment with priorities Ensure proper implementation of People policies and compliance with local regulations Analyze People data and metrics to identify trends and support decision-making Support internal communication and change management initiatives Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems 3-5 years of experience in HR in a fast-paced, growing startup environment ~ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Labor Law, or related fields ~ Fluent in Italian and English ~ Understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws ~ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets ~ Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills ~ Experience in analyzing HR data and turning insights into actions (a plus) ~ Excel ~ Google Sheets ~ HR data analysis
