/p h3Role and responsibilities /h3 pThe Senior Research Manager manages client relationship for complex or key accounts and oversees multiple projects and clients playing a key role in delivering high-quality sensory and consumer research for leading global and local brands. /p ul liDevelop and manage key client relationships, acting as a trusted research partner /li liLead complex sensory and consumer research projects from proposal through to insight delivery /li liDesign robust methodologies and research approaches to address client business objectives /li liTranslate data into engaging stories, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations /li liEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to SAM's high quality standards /li liSupport account growth and contribute to achieving commercial targets /li liCollaborate with sensory, fieldwork, and data teams to deliver exceptional research outcomes /li liShare knowledge and expertise through mentoring, coaching, and training colleagues /li liContribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and scientific excellence /li /ul h3Candidate profile: /h3 ul liHigher education with knowledge in market research and/or sensory research /li liMinimum 5 years’ experience in sensory and consumer research to be able to manage projects independently. /li liKnowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies and statistics. /li liExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian /li liProficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc /li liRigorous, responsive and proactive /li liStrong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines /li /ul pInterested in this Senior Research Manager role? /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
