Overview In this role, you will own inventory, replenishment, and production planning for a European portfolio of finished goods. You will balance stock levels across a network of distribution centers and create viable master production schedules that fit capacity and materials. You will collaborate across functions to optimize service levels and working capital, while driving continuous improvement in planning processes and changes.

Responsabilità
- Manage a portfolio of products with market impact, resolving uncertainties to optimize outcomes for customers and the business
- Define, maintain, and monitor stock levels across Europe to meet service levels and working capital targets
- Create master production schedules aligning production with factory capacity and materials
- Participate in monthly S&OP; Supply Review to assess long-term capacity and scenarios
- Participate in weekly S&OE; with local Supply Chain counterparts to achieve best service for customers
- Leverage ERP, APS,
and Analytics tools to ensure accurate, timely information flow across the network
- Maintain SAP material master data to support production and distribution plans
- Support Product Change Management initiatives (new launches, restages) to meet milestones while minimizing waste
- Perform long-range supply assessments and ad-hoc supply chain modeling (e.g., make vs. buy)
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 3 years in supply chain planning or related role
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or supply chain
- Experience as project manager/lead is a plus
- Experience with SAP (PP, MM), APO, Tableau; interest in planning software
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
- Fluent English; additional European languages (Italian) a plus
- Knowledge of FMCG environment
- APICS/Lean certifications
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving
- Effective cross-functional and multi-location communication
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
