The candidate will be part of a young, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.LiabilityManagement, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server and Linux systemsAdministration of VMware/Hyper-V Virtualization Environments and Physical ServersManagement of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid Exchange environmentsConfiguration and Monitoring of Storage, Backup, and Disaster Recovery Solutions (Veeam)Network and firewall management support (VLANs, VPNs, security policies)Collaboration on cybersecurity activities (EDR/XDR, antispam, logging, and SIEM)Second- and third-level ticket management, troubleshooting, and support for critical systemsPreparation of technical documentation and participation in infrastructure improvement projectsCollaboration with IT colleagues, vendors, and customers, including at off-site locationsRequirements – Technical Skills (Hard Skills), Operating Systems, and VirtualizationWindows Server: Installation, Configuration, and Management (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP)Linux: Basic Administration (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS) for Server ServicesVirtualization: experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V, including cluster managementServers: Management of HPE, Dell,
and Lenovo physical servers using built-in management tools and basic knowledge of hardware and rack mountingMessaging & Cloud CollaborationManaging hybrid Exchange on-premises environments connected to Microsoft 365 (Office 365).O365 Tenant Administration: Managing Licenses, Users, Groups, and Identities (Sign-In ID / Azure AD).Storage & BackupConfiguration and maintenance of SANs (iSCSI/Fibre Channel) and VMware vSAN / third-party Windows VSAN.Management of backup and disaster recovery strategies, with a focus on Veeam Backup & Replication.CybersecurityImplementation and monitoring of EDR/XDR solutions.Management of anti-spam systems and email gateways.Basic knowledge of and experience with SIEM systems for log analysis and correlation.Networking & FirewallsL2/L3 Device Configuration (Cisco/Aruba Switches): VLANs, trunking, port security, spanning tree.Concepts of routing, NAT, VPN, and firewall policy rules (Fortinet, Palo Alto, WatchGuard, Check Point, Sophos).AI ToolsKnowledge of AI-based tools to support troubleshooting, automation, and documentation.Requirements – Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to diagnosing and resolving failures in critical systems.Effective management of stress and priorities during incidents, downtime, and urgent tasks.Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with IT colleagues, help desk staff, developers, and external vendors.Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users and to draft technical documentation and procedures. xysqume Type of OfferJob Classification and Annual Salary: commensurate with experience, in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the retail sector.Flexibility with the option to work remotelyOpportunities for Professional GrowthA dynamic and collaborative work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
