Overview
Join Salesforce Professional Services as a Senior Technical Consultant within the Customer Success Group to lead technical engagements and deliver enterprise Salesforce Platform solutions. You will guide customers and partners through design, integration, and deployment, elevating CSAT and business outcomes. The role blends hands-on development with architecture guidance, driving risk management and successful project delivery.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape solutions that harness Salesforce capabilities at scale.

Responsabilità
- Lead the technical design and delivery of Salesforce Platform solutions for enterprise customers
- Develop and integrate desktop, cloud, and mobile solutions with middleware integrations
- Drive risk identification and resolution throughout project lifecycles
- Create and review application and technical design documents aligned with Salesforce best practices
- Guide environments, testing, release management,
and platform education for customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to support program goals
- Support and mentor junior consultants within project teams
- Contribute to architecture standards and best practices across engagements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Hands-on technical implementation experience in a relevant software domain
- 8+ years in professional services
- Strong OO programming background (e.g., Java)
- Experience with REST/SOAP API design, microservices, event-driven architectures
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes via technology
- Ability to work independently and in distributed teams
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally
