Overview

As a Senior Recruiter at Arup in Milan, you partner with European leaders to shape workforce strategy and lead end-to-end hiring. You'll craft sourcing approaches, build lasting candidate relationships, and leverage market intelligence to guide decisions. You will champion an inclusive candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes in a multinational context.

- Partner with European business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects from role definition to offer management




- Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent

Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner
- Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
