Overview As Senior People Cost & Performance Analyst in Milan, you will lead global people cost planning and workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions. You'll partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to drive data-driven planning and performance insights. You'll shape budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring, while advancing HR reporting tools and automation. This role blends finance, HR analytics, and cross-functional influence to support sustainable growth.

and business data Deliver insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making Support the enhancement of HR reporting and planning tools, ensuring data quality and process efficiency Partner with IT to drive automation and digitalization of HR reporting and analytics 8 years of experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Planning or Cost Controlling ~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field ~ Proficient in people cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting; advanced Excel and BI tools ~ Power BI or equivalent; SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus ~ Known for flexibility, accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail ~ Fluent in English ~ flexibility ~ advanced Excel ~ Power BI or equivalent ~ SAP/SuccessFactors (advantage)
