Overview As Senior Brand Manager, you will drive category growth and create impactful consumer experiences by translating insights into strategic plans while leading a team. You will partner with local and European stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals and oversee cross-functional collaboration. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on growth, portfolio development, and brand activation.

and long-term planning Develop and implement integrated marketing across all consumer touchpoints Drive portfolio development and innovation with European teams Build cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain 6+ years in Marketing, Brand Management or Trade Marketing in FMCG/consumer goods ~ Proven people leadership experience ~ Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations ~ Experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments ~ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration ~ Experience with market data sources like NielsenIQ, Circana (IRI) or similar tools; advanced Excel and PowerPoint ~ Fluent in Italian and English ~ stakeholder management ~ collaboration across functions ~ communication ~ Excel
