Overview
In this role you drive growth for the UV Smart portfolio within a defined territory, partnering with sales, marketing and tech service teams to expand market presence. You develop territory plans, nurture key accounts, and execute commercial strategies that accelerate adoption in hospitals and healthcare networks. You act as the UV Smart portfolio expert, lead customer engagements and value-based discussions, and support launches and tenders. This position offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and market development in a dynamic, matrix environment.

Responsabilità
- Drive revenue growth for the UV Smart portfolio in the assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory plans to boost market penetration and adoption
- Define and implement channel strategy in alignment with ASP objectives
- Identify and qualify new opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks




- Collaborate with ASP sales reps to pursue opportunities and drive sales execution
- Serve as portfolio specialist providing commercial and product expertise throughout the sales process
- Build relationships with decision makers, distributors and strategic partners
- Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations and value-based discussions
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform planning
- Support product launches, marketing programs, tenders and strategic account development
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, account management or related commercial roles
- Healthcare/medical devices/infection prevention experience preferred
- Proven track record in developing new markets and driving growth
