culminating in winning the Cruise Retailer of the Year award for 2022 ,2023 and 2025.What You Will Be DoingLiving and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on boardMaximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store eventsDeveloping detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand cultureExceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentationsWho You AreStrong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury productsFrench speakingExcellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skillsMotivated and driven to achieve sales targetsProven ability in showcasing luxury xysqume itemsAdaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environmentA strong team player who is goal orientatedWhat You Will ReceiveCompetitive salary and target-based commission structureAccommodation and meals on boardNecessary visas and seafaring documents to work at seaDedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, product and brandContract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break at home between contracts#J-18808-Ljbffr
