As Senior Account Manager for TERNA, you will drive growth within a strategic account by representing the full Siemens portfolio and shaping long-term commercial strategies. You will partner with TERNA and internal teams to deliver integrated, value-added solutions that support the energy transition and modernization of power infrastructure.
Your role combines business development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination to expand opportunities and strengthen relationships. This position offers an opportunity to influence large-scale projects in Italy and beyond with a result-driven, collaborative team.

Responsabilità
- Drive growth and increase Siemens market share within the TERNA account through long-term commercial strategies
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key TERNA stakeholders as the primary business development contact
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Business Units to ensure a consistent customer approach
- Develop and manage complex opportunities leveraging the Siemens portfolio for integrated solutions
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to identify offerings aligned with customer needs and market trends
- Monitor market dynamics, regulatory developments, and industry trends to identify opportunities and support strategic planning
- Ensure effective use of Salesforce and reporting tools to manage pipelines and support data-driven decisions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development in energy, utilities, electrification, or automation sectors
- Ability to manage complex customer relationships and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English
