Dow is hiring a Thriving Communities & Employee Engagement Program Manager to lead the company’s global citizenship efforts, focusing on thriving communities, volunteerism, and social impact. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, execute programs across regions, and drive strategic investments aligned with Dow’s philanthropic framework.

You will report to the Global Citizenship Leader and work with teams across geographies, with potential regional travel as needed.
