We're partnering with a growing international manufacturing company operating in the nutraceutical and healthcare sectors to identify a Project Manager.

In this role, you'll lead customer projects from development through commercial launch, acting as the key interface between clients and cross-functional teams.

Descrizione

- Manage multiple customer projects across the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to commercial launch.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, business objectives, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary customer-facing contact, providing regular project updates and facilitating decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including: Research & Development (R&D;); Quality Assurance; Regulatory Affairs; Operations; Supply Chain; Procurement
- Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support product development, technology transfer, scale-up, industrialization, and launch activities.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Profilo del Candidato

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Provenexperience inone or moreofthefollowingindustries:
- CDMO
- Nutraceuticals
- Food Supplements
- Medical Devices




- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Life Sciences

- Solid understanding of product development and commercialization processes.
- Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and quality systems.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical functions.
- Strong familiarity with project planning methodologies, risk management, and project tracking tools.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

offerta di lavoro Compensation & Benefits

- Permanent contract (CCNL Chimico Industria)
- Gross Annual Salary: approximately €45,000

As the key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders, you will lead projects from development through commercial launch, ensuring timelines, quality standards and business objectives are achieved.

Key requirements: ✅ 5+ years of Project Management experience

✅ Background in CDMO, nutraceutical, food supplement, medical device or related industries

✅ Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills

✅ Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain)

✅ Fluent English

Nice to have: ✔ PMP Certification

✔ GMP environment experience
