Overview In this role, you lead a high-performing sales team across Centre/South Italy to drive Grundfos’s growth in the water utility and irrigation markets. You shape and execute data-driven sales strategies, build strategic customer relationships, and influence revenue in a critical infrastructure sector. You work closely with utilities, distributors, and public authorities to align efforts with the company’s objectives and scale impact.

Responsabilità

- Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets in the Italian water utility market
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts, adapting strategies to market dynamics
- Drive customer engagement and ensure pipeline management through CRM-based tools and data-driven decision-making




- Build and maintain relationships with water utilities, distributors, design institutes, consulting firms, and public authorities
- Align customer segmentation with Grundfos's sales strategy and business objectives
- Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities to maintain healthy cash flow

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5-7+ years of sales experience with proven leadership and team development
- Residence in Toscana, Campania, Lazio, Marche, or Abruzzo
- Strong knowledge of the Italian water utility and irrigation markets and stakeholders
- Experience implementing sales strategies in complex industrial or manufacturing environments
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales pipeline management
- Fluency in Italian and English
