Overview In this role you drive competence management and sales enablement for Siemens Digital Industries across EMEA, focusing on the Italian sales force. You enhance the regional learning catalog and contribute to an overarching sales enablement framework. You will work in a cross-functional, international context to enable continuous learning and transformation.

and enablement recommendations Support local enablement initiatives aligned with the EMEA Enablement Plan Contribute to the development of the EMEA-wide sales enablement framework and promote best practices Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience Proven experience in Transformation Management, L&D; methodologies, and learning systems/tools Strong analytical skills with experience in skill assessment, competency management, and enablement planning Deep understanding of Digital Industry Sales processes, organization, and systematic approaches Strong stakeholder management across international, cross-functional, and cross-cultural environments Fluent English Transformation Management learning systems/tools
