Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a CRM Campaign Support to join the BasicNet Group E-Commerce team and support the execution of CRM activities across the Group’s brands (Kappa, Sundek, Sebago, Superga, Briko) and markets. The role will provide operational support in the planning, execution and monitoring of CRM campaigns, working closely with the E-Commerce and CRM team and collaborating with Marketing, Retail, Creative and local teams.
Key Responsabilities
- Support the management and update of the CRM and email marketing calendar across multiple brands and markets.
- Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns, including audience selection, campaign setup, content upload, testing, scheduling and deployment.
- Support the management and maintenance of CRM activities, customer segments and automated communication flows.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key CRM metrics.
- Contribute to campaign testing activities, including A/B tests on subject lines, content and campaign timing.
- Support the maintenance and quality control of automated customer journeys, such as welcome, cart abandonment and post-purchase communications.
- Assist in the preparation of customer segments and target audiences based on predefined criteria.
- Coordinate CRM communication requests with local teams and support the timely delivery of campaigns.
- Support the implementation of omnichannel CRM initiatives across digital and retail channels.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM assets, templates and campaign documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on CRM-related activities and projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Communication or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in CRM, email marketing, internships or similar activities.
- Interest in CRM, customer engagement and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and customer segmentation principles.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms is considered a plus; experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn how to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
- Previous internship or experience in fashion, retail or e-commerce.
- Proactive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn.
Offer Conditions
- Fixed-term Employment Contract (duration: 12 months), with the possibility of future continuation based on performance and business needs.
- Working hours: Full-time
- Level IV° under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of Companies in the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sectors – Confcommercio (CCNL)
- Salary Package: approximately estimated at € 25.000
