NXP Semiconductors in Italy’s Catania area is seeking a Digital DFT Engineer to develop and implement advanced DFT solutions for complex semiconductor devices. You will collaborate with engineers to improve testability, coverage, and manufacturing efficiency while contributing to digital IC design and verification activities.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field, plus familiarity with Verilog/SystemVerilog and basic Python/C++.
