The Role
Lead the Verona site's health, safety and environmental strategy – driving continual improvement in operational risk management, developing a mature safety culture, and ensuring legal compliance through effective leadership, coaching and implementation of kp standards. Working in close partnership with the site management team, you'll make HSE integral to how the site operates and be the trusted advisor who influences operational and strategic decisions.

- Lead the site's health and safety strategy, aligned to corporate standards and regulation, and build a mature safety culture – coaching leaders, challenging unsafe behaviours and embedding accountability for risk at every level.
