This is a fully remote role within Greece, with a full relocation package provided. Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00 Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+ Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance premio up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one Relocation Package:



Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat. Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests. Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Fluent

Italian - C1/C2 level English B2+ for training and internal communication Customer-focused and empathetic approach Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications Good attention to detail and accurate data entry Ability to work independently in a remote environment Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team No fees are charged at any stage of the recruitment process.
