Key responsibilitiesoversee the quality and compliance of building services installations, ensuring that mep, it, av, bms and fire safety systems meet design specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.coordinate site activities and building services interfaces, integrating mep installations with related works and hotel operator maintenance requirements.monitor project progress against the construction programme, identify issues and support timely completion.manage and supervise technical consultants and contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance.support cost control and design variation management, assessing technical feasibility and value-engineering opportunities.coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.manage technical documentation and site reporting, providing regular updates to the owner and supporting permit acquisition.monitor defect resolution and non-conformities,



coordinating corrective actions with contractors.requirementsdegree in mechanical, electrical, building services engineering or equivalent.8-10 years of experience in building services management and coordination, preferably in luxury hotel projects.strong technical knowledge of mep, it, av, bms and fire safety systems.knowledge of italian building regulations and approval procedures.experience managing technical consultants and contractors.familiarity with sustainability standards (e.g., leed) is a plus.chartered engineer (ceng) or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.fluency in italian and english.proficiency in microsoft office, autocad and revit bim.contractual offerdirect employment at executive level.indicative gross annual salary €80,000-€100,000 plus variable compensation.full-time on-site (or at least 4 days per week) in venice, italy.
