Overview In this role you will shape the technology strategy for Datalogic's Mobile Business Unit and drive end-to-end product development, from concept to market. You will lead a global R&D; organization, coordinating internal teams and ODM partners to meet quality, cost, performance, and time-to-market objectives. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, embedded hardware/software products and ensure successful lifecycle support.

This is a globally impactful role that combines technical leadership with strategic execution to advance the company's data capture solutions.
