Our Client is a Multinational Company fully focused on Machinery & Equipment business.

For its plants located in Northern Turin Area, we're looking for a brilliant Purchasing and Procurement Coordinator, who will be the leader of the purchasing team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and develop the team

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.

Analyze product specifications to define sourcing strategies.

Ensure procurement aligns with forecasts, service plans, and new product development.

Develop suppliers to meet evolving standards and regulations.

Manage global suppliers and support new projects.

Build a vendor network delivering defect-free components at competitive prices.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

At minimum,



7-8 yrs of experience as Purchasing Coordinator within Heavy Manufacturing Companies

Master's Degree in Management/Mechanical Engineering

Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Technical Design

Strong expertise in procurement and supplier management.

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent knowledge of english language both written and verbal.

COMPENSATION

55.000 - 65.000 € + variable compensation based on individual and company goals + fully company-paid canteen service
