Overviewtransport for london (tfl) offers a two-year highways traffic graduate scheme for recent stem graduates. the programme combines office, site and hybrid working and provides up to five rotational placements across traffic engineering, highway engineering, traffic control, road safety and arboriculture.salary & benefitsstarting salary £32,250 per annum, rising to £33,500 in the second yearfree travel on the tfl network for you and a household nomineepension scheme, discounted national rail and eurostar travel30 days annual leave, private healthcare, tax-efficient cycle-to-work schemeretail, health, leisure and travel offersentry requirements2:2 degree or higher in any stem subject (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)passion for engineering and willingness to develop in the industryplacements (example)traffic engineering (6-9 months): design junction layouts, develop cycle routes, analyse traffic survey datahighway engineering (≈6 months): intrusive investigations, pavement design,
