We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition to join our HR team as intern, with a clear path toward full-time employment. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding within an international environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Next Steps
Upon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting department will contact you for an initial HR interview. If there's a positive match, a technical interview with the Hiring Manager will be arranged. In the case of a positive outcome coming from Hiring Manager interview, recruiter will contact you for further steps or to discuss our proposal. Alternatively, if the outcome is negative, we will contact you to halt the recruitment process.
