Join our team and play a key role in supporting employees involved in global business activities!You will coordinate travel arrangements, manage travel-related administration, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions as well as external partners worldwide.This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in travel coordination, reporting, and employee support in an international industrial environment.Your responsibilitiesManage monthly timesheet processing and working-hour reporting for travelling field employees through SAPReview and process expense claims, travel costs, and related reporting in cooperation with Finance and ControllingCoordinate travel arrangements, visa applications, passport requests, rental cars, and corporate credit cardsSupport new hires during onboarding by collecting documentation, updating employee records, and providing travel-related guidanceAssist employees during business trips and help resolve travel-related issues when they ariseExpectations for youDegree in Languages, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldExperience in administration, travel arrangements, employee support, or similar rolesKnowledge of SAP is considered an advantageStrong communication skillsProficiency in both Italian and EnglishOrganized, proactive, and able to manage problems with accuracy and timelinessEnjoy working collaboratively and providing responsive support to colleaguesTo succeed in this roleSuccess in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide responsive support to employees working globally.
