Overview

As PMO at NAVIRIS in Genoa, you will establish and enforce project management standards across the program offices for the HRZ-MLU initiative. You will monitor performance against KPIs, timelines, and budgets, and provide structured reporting to keep programs on track. You will support planning, scheduling, and day-to-day operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent execution.

This role offers exposure to a high-stakes maritime program portfolio within a strategic alliance between Fincantieri and Naval Group.

Responsabilità

- Develop, maintain and monitor project management methodologies, standards, and tools
- Ensure consistent application of PM practices across Project Managers and the Tech team for standardization and coherence
- Track project performance against KPIs, timelines, and budgets




- Prepare regular status reports (minimum 6 program-level reviews per year)
- Prepare PD meeting presentations and draft MoMs
- Monitor progress of action items
- Assist in development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage day-to-day tasks and operations

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
- Proven experience in the domain Naviris operates
- Strong communication of PM methodologies and tools (Primavera, MS Project)
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage
