Overview In this role you will lead and develop a production team to ensure safe, high-quality and productive operations. You will coordinate daily manufacturing activities, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with support functions to meet shift goals. You’ll promote a zero-defect culture and uphold company standards while advancing lean practices. This is a hands-on leadership position at TE Connectivity, offering the chance to shape manufacturing performance at scale.

Responsabilità

- Onboard and integrate new employees; manage HR administration
- Lead team meetings and drive training and development plans
- Coach Team Leaders and promote autonomy; conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental standards; enforce PPE use
- Lead by example for accident prevention; identify and resolve unsafe conditions




- Oversee quality procedures and product/process tests; coach quality basics
- Achieve shift objectives through production control and resource optimization
- Maintain production documentation, boards, and purchase orders; manage KPIs
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare shift reports; record incidents
- Perform GEMBA walks; participate in audits; support continuous improvement ideas
- Manage visual management and coordinate with support functions; coach on QRM

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor-level qualifications in a technical/management area; 3+ years in a similar role
- Strong team formation and leadership abilities
- Good knowledge of mechanics and polymer process techniques
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Advanced Excel skills and SAP proficiency
