Responsabilità
- Lead daily operations across the value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial targets.
- Collaborate with Operations, Production Control, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to develop and execute production plans aligned with business goals.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve flow.
- Support supervisors in prioritizing work, coordinating workloads, and maintaining performance.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement actions to meet on-time delivery and revenue targets.
- Promote safety by working with EHS to identify risks and implement improvements.
- Develop and coach team members through training and performance development.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production to maximize equipment reliability.
- Evaluate manufacturing methods and process capability to enhance quality and productivity.
- Oversee external contractors, ensuring safety and site procedure compliance.
- Support budget management and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Establish long-term plans to advance operational excellence and value stream performance.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or value stream management with leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple functions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning, metrics, and quality systems.
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
