Process Engineer – Distillation & Separation (m/f/d) Koch-Glitsch is a global leader in the design and manufacture of state-of-the-art mass transfer and mist elimination products for the chemical, petrochemical, refining, gas processing, pharmaceutical, and specialty industries. random, severe-service grid, and structured packing in metal or plastic; as well as tower internals for distillation, absorption, stripping, and extraction columns. Within our corporate office in Vimercate (MB), Koch-Glitsch is seeking a Process Engineer to complement and strengthen our Process & Technology team. In this role, you will act as the primary technical contact for customers and will be responsible for executing detailed process studies and developing technical and commercial proposals for mass transfer equipment.

Hydraulic and fluid-dynamic design of mass transfer equipment Process modelling of distillation columns, absorbers, strippers, etc. Preparation of process and technical reports Development of technical and commercial proposals for mass transfer devices Revamp and energy-optimization studies, including process, hydraulic, and mechanical aspects Troubleshooting and performance assessments of process units and mass transfer equipment Participation in technical meetings with customers,



including project discussions and presentations Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering Previous hands-on experience in Oil & Gas, refining, or related process industries Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus) Solid university-level knowledge of mass-transfer unit operations (distillation, absorption, separation) Good communication skills, self-motivation, determination, and ability to work effectively in a team Proficiency within MS Office package Access to the Lyra Wellbeing Employee Assistance Program Opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and career development This means we openly challenge the status quo, find new ways to create value and get rewarded for our individual contributions.
