Overview In this role you define and execute the digital performance strategy across paid channels, working with a multidisciplinary team to scale marketing efficiently. You will own end-to-end campaign execution, forecasting, and reporting while building a foundation for long-term growth. You'll push for quick wins and align with cross-functional teams to drive a shared growth agenda.

and bidding strategies Ensure tracking and measurement infrastructure is correctly implemented across campaigns Act as a technical challenger to agency partners to improve delivery Collaborate with SEO, content, and CRO to align on growth initiatives Collaborate with product, sales, and brand stakeholders to drive impact Requisiti fondamentali Experience of at least 2 in the role Ability to manage critical situations with good decision-making Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering Knowledge of English Experience with main performance channels including hands-on experience in Search Console Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium Customer Data Platform, Adjust Mobile Measurement Platform Decision-making under pressure Cross-functional collaboration Stakeholder management Google Search Console GA4 Tealium Customer Data Platform
