Overview

As Order to Cash Team Leader, you will own the Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes in an international setting. You will lead a small team, ensure accurate financial data, and support business operations with timely reporting and improvements. You will collaborate across Finance, Customer Service and other stakeholders while upholding controls and compliance. This role offers impact on core cash flow processes and participation in SAP-related transformation initiatives.

- salary range 43,000 – 60,000 GAS

Responsabilità
- Oversee end-to-end Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes
- Coordinate and support a two-person team on priorities and workload
- Perform AR and sales reconciliations with reporting for decision-making
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to customer accounting and receivables
- Manage customer queries and disputes with Customer Service and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SOX procedures, VAT regulations and accounting policies
- Support electronic invoicing,



intercompany transactions and credit/debit note processes
- Safeguard and improve customer master data quality for efficiency and accuracy
- Contribute to process improvement and Finance transformation initiatives (including SAP-related activities)

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- 3–5+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Customer Accounting or Billing
- Good understanding of accounting processes, VAT and financial controls
- Solid knowledge of Excel and ERP systems; SAP experience is highly valued
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Service and Business stakeholders
