In this role, you will build and nurture long-term partnerships with restaurant partners, acting as a trusted advisor to drive their success. You will leverage data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships, unlock growth, and maximize impact for both partners and Glovo. You will own the onboarding experience and help partners scale through strategic guidance, marketing activations, and operational excellence. This Turin-based position offers a chance to shape partner performance in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a strong emphasis on results and collaboration.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication
- Understand partner goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance




- Analyze data to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Drive revenue growth via promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
- Own partner onboarding in the app, from setup to initial days
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to tailor solutions
- Take ownership of partner revenue performance and xysqume measurable growth
- 2+ years in high-performance account management or business consultancy
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering (preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs
- Problem solver with data-driven, analytical approach
- Strong time management and prioritization; hands-on and strategic
- Good knowledge of Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus
