Overview In this role you lead a team of Area Managers at an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, driving operational excellence to meet performance targets. You orchestrate shifts, partner with HR, Finance, Safety and Security, and design site-wide initiatives to improve safety, quality and productivity. You will mentor managers, influence cross-functional teams, and shape daily operations to support fast, reliable customer fulfilment in a dynamic logistics environment.

addressing issues and improving site performance Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions Degree Experience in people and stakeholder management Advanced proficiency in English; intermediate proficiency in the local language Experience using data or anecdotes to influence business decisions Experience in production and supply chains Ability to lead large, diverse teams in fast-paced logistics/distribution/manufacturing environments Ability to manage details, perform root cause analysis, and analyze generated data Willingness to relocate if necessary Willingness to work shifts including weekends in a 7/365 environment data analysis root cause analysis Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen (preferred)
