About the RoleAs an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry, you'll be a key business partner to our clients, not just a service provider. You'll sit at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management- advising clients on complex HR matters across Southern Europe. You'll own the full employee lifecycle, act as their trusted in‑country HR expert, and ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth. Please note: this is a 1 year fixed term contract
