OHB Italia is seeking for its Business Dvelopment and Sales department in Milano for immediate start a Bid Manager.

Your Tasks
- Responsible for space projects bids, including proposal coordination, preparation and submission to the company’s main customers: European Space Agency, Italian Space Agency, European Commission, Italian MoD, etc.
- Under the supervision of the head of the proposals’ preparation department, you will organize and coordinate the bidding process, following company standard procedures and customer procurement rules, in collaboration with project managers reporting to the Business Units’ structures (temporarily acting as Proposal Manager during the proposal preparation phase), technical experts, costs and project controllers, contract officers and risk managers.




- You will assure proper interaction and coordination within the OHB-I proposal preparation team and with the external partners participating to the proposal, providing and/or requesting necessary contributions in due time.
- You will review, organize, and edit documentation to be included in the proposal ensuring compliance to the RFP requirements.
- In particular, you will prepare the proposal Cover Letter, the Management and the Financial volumes, in accordance to customer RFP requirements. In doing so, Jointly with the Proposal Manager you will prepare the Implementation volume, being involved in the definition/setting up of the industrial team, collection and description of the team specific background, definition of the work breakdown structure, preparation of the deliverables list, schedule and cost sheets.
- You will interact with the customer in order to manage RFP clarifications and intended invitation to tenders.
