Overview In this Clinical Trial Manager role, you will oversee day-to-day trial operations within our Milan team, ensuring compliance and delivery of study milestones. You will act as the primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and guide cross-functional teams through protocol and deliverables. You'll apply your therapeutic area knowledge to manage risks, vendors, and site quality, contributing to efficient phase 1–4 trials.

This position offers remote flexibility after probation and a strong path for professional growth within a globally recognized CRO.
