Hands-on, data-driven Media Strategist to drive Retail Media across Europe, acting as the engine for retail plans with partners like MediaMarkt, Currys, Argos, Unieuro, and Darty. You will bridge performance marketing and commercial sales to win the digital shelf and deliver measurable ROI. A learning path will be created to deepen Retail Media expertise within a global team. You'll shape the roadmap and contribute to the company's digital transformation in the retail media space.

Responsabilità
- End-to-end management of retail media campaigns (Sponsored Products, Display, Video) across major European retailers
- Develop and implement bespoke media plans for partners aligned with seasonal peaks and product launches
- Manage and allocate retail media budgets to hit ROAS and market share targets
- Daily monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords, and creative assets to maximize visibility and conversion
- Provide reporting and insights with weekly/monthly performance deep-dives and summaries to Head of Paid Media
- Serve as the technical point of contact for local trade marketing teams and external retail media networks/aggregators
Requisiti fondamentali xkiyazw
- 3–5 years in Paid Media campaigns; 7+ years in marketing/media roles
- Strong analytical mindset
- Interested in Retail Media
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Looker
- Full professional fluency in English; other languages a plus
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns
