Overview In this role you will contribute to the development and validation of new tire concepts within Bridgestone's global OE tire division. You'll work with cross-functional teams in R&D;, testing, and manufacturing to drive performance improvements for regional and global markets. You'll analyze test data, iterate designs, and participate in sustainability-driven product development. This is a collaborative, international environment where you help shape high-performance tire solutions.

Responsabilità Support the design, development, and validation of new tire concepts from idea to industrialization Collaborate with simulation and testing teams to optimize tire performance characteristics Analyze test data and iterate design parameters based on performance feedback Statistically evaluate correlations between input and output and propose robust test plans Participate in material selection and process feasibility reviews Support benchmarking and competitor analysis activities Contribute to sustainability-driven projects within product development Document and communicate technical findings to internal stakeholders Assist in project planning and timeline tracking Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems Work proactively in an international and inclusive team environment Requisiti fondamentali ~ Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines (PhD/MBA a plus) ~ Basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics, finite element analysis, or material behavior is a plus ~ Proficient in MS Office ~ Large data analysis and AI capabilities are a nice-to-have ~0+ years in automotive industry welcome ~ Proficient in English; other languages are a plus ~ Strong interpersonal skills ~ Curiosity ~ Collaborative mindset ~ Vehicle dynamics ~ Finite element analysis ~ Material behavior
