Overview In this role you will drive data-driven reliability improvements for a pharma manufacturing site. You work within the EMEX team to standardize technical practices, manage CMMS and asset criticality, and support KPI-driven performance across maintenance and operations. You will translate technical data into actionable insights, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and contribute to zero losses and optimized costs.
The position offers a chance to shape maintenance strategy in a regulated manufacturing environment and to advance the site's reliability agenda. Analyze technical data and enrich with OT support to deliver data-driven insights for reliability improvements Support System and Process Owners in problem solving during breakdowns or process instabilities using data mining, simulations, or parallel technical perspectives Act as a CMMS key user, supporting SAP FAM and TMM processes and related maintenance activities Collaborate with EMEX and Manufacturing clusters to monitor and analyze KPI performance (OEE, unplanned downtime, schedule adherence, work order adherence)
Contribute to the implementation of Progressive Maintenance lean methodology within Product Supply System aiming for zero losses and cost optimization Help define and enforce standardized technical procedures, processes, tools, and KPI consistency across the EMEX cluster with regulatory and GMP alignment Manage and periodically update Asset Criticality Analysis to inform replacement strategy and resource allocation Identify opportunities for condition-based maintenance and monitoring in collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams Stay connected with the global EMEX network to align on maintenance strategies and uphold Health, Safety, Environment and Energy duties Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a scientific subject ~2+ years in the maintenance space ~ Experience with manufacturing/packaging technologies (mechanics, electrical automation, pneumatics) and in pharma/chemical/food & beverage/cosmetics industries preferred ~ Strong data analysis, digital mindset, and presentation skills ~ Teamwork orientation and continuous improvement mindset ~ Experience implementing lean management methodologies ~ Proficiency in Italian and English ~ continuous improvement mindset ~ CMMS (Asset Management, Work Order Management, scheduling, spare parts management) ~ SAP FAM ~
