Certara is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support software renewals, customer account administration, and commercial operations. This position combines software renewal management with sales operations and business analysis, with primary responsibility for managing renewal activity and maintaining accurate commercial information.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned software renewals from initial notification through completion, including monitoring expiration dates, communicating with customers,
preparing quotations, tracking documentation, and following up on outstanding items.
- Maintain professional customer relationships by addressing questions regarding subscription terms, licensing, pricing, account information, and renewal documentation. Identify changes in customer requirements and communicate relevant information internally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Account Executives, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely renewals and resolve issues involving contracts, purchase orders, pricing, licensing, or customer records.
- Maintain accurate customer, contract, licensing, renewal, opportunity, and revenue information within applicable business systems. Prepare reports supporting renewal tracking, forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial planning.
